• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cute Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
